I think you just pointed out one of the biggest downside features of that invention, e.g., the engine goes out while you're flying at some altitude not yet determined... I guess it's a nice expensive toy for someone who already has everything and wants something like that to add to his collection of gimmicks... I think there are much smarter and far more practical ideas already in the works and yet to be revealed... GZ
