Christine, read your post and you will see what I meant about outcomes. Society has come a long way from the days when the wise village elder was the law. What you are telling me is your interpretation of how the law should function and now how it actually does. Are you saying that married couples can not work together? What if they get divorced and then relapse on the job. Please do not repeat yourself again if you do not wish. That is not what I am asking for. It just does not seem to me that you have thought through all the implications of your position. Lots and lots of cases fall through the cracks. But do answer this: is it ok if no one complains? That is should the LAW (I am not asking your personal opinion) think it is ok.
