Doren,
People criticizing this mean well but don't understand tactics and strategy.
It's a lot different than, say, Saudi Arabia using cluster munitions in Yemen.

Or America using cluster munitions in Iraq.

Different circumstances, different battlefield, different motivations.

Yet it's part of the Kremlin playbook to blur lines, draw moral equivalencies, and basically be utter hypocrites as they themselves use cluster munitions indiscriminately.
