True, because of covid, and '22 will be down, because of less covid. Also, Dobbs didn't kick in until July of '22. Really, we'll have to compare cases from '19 and '23 next year. In the meantime, it's comparing pre-Dobbs choice states versus the mostly banned states, and the anecdotal reports from the doctors.
