Henry, given your clear explanation of the rat (or mouse as squetch seems to think) model, I have to admit that this particular model is superior to others some other models I have heard about. So I will no longer maintain that it is a poor model for human beings, altho it is of couse still a long way from a rat to a human being (except for our previously mentioned posters). Your speculation regarding ASCO is very interesting, and I hope it proves correct.

Still, I would be very surprised to see the percentage number of complete tumor remissions as high in human beings as in rats, although it certainly wouldn't have to be, to be a great success. Do you have any idea what is the percentage of complete tumor remissions in women taking Tamoxifen?
