Mom and Pop is a general term, that could have many subjective meanings. I use it in anger, depicting bad management. How is it bad?
Too rapid expansion, bad estimating of financial and human resource needs, non-support of thier stockholders, failure to use good business practices when expanding. Spend US dollars expanding in foreign countries when the US network is not complete, then float another junk bond issue because of US problems and new acquisitions.
Then, from the SI participants themselves, systems down, defective i600 radios. Bernie, it all points to the same thing.....
In summary, all my BS has nothing to do with what may happen to the stock. If it should break out to the upside, then, it will be based on flash and dreams (potential) and what I say will by ignored, laughed at, I will be burned at the stake. However, if the stock breaks to the downside, then my words will be quoted by so called experts.
Guess I hangin myself out, can't win no matter what.
