The Canadian Chrome Co. (CACR/CACR.A-Cse) name/symbol change from KWG Resources (KWG-Cse) effective July 14th 2023 The shares are listed for trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange in two classes: multiple voting shares (which will trade under the trading symbol CACR.A) and subordinate voting shares (which will trade under the trading symbol CACR). Each multiple voting share is exchangeable at any time into 100 subordinate voting shares and 100 subordinate voting shares are exchangeable at any time into one (1) multiple voting share. Each multiple voting share entitles the holder to one hundred 100) votes at shareholder meetings and each subordinate voting share entitles the holder to one (1) vote at shareholder meetings.
