suggestion for Apple. when you have the setting on iphone for reset under general settings> transfer or reset iphone>reset, it would make alot more sense and less stress to have the reset have a right arrow ">" next to it to denote that pressing that button does not just automatically go into reset, but brings up another menu which has more reset options, such as reset network settings. The way it looks now, you are presented with an option to press "reset", but have no guarantee that pressing this does NOT set off a general reset of the iphone. I have had to redo passwords, settings, etc by this reset function in the past and do not remember what triggered it, but I will NOT go past this button and just "find it out", as was suggested by the verizon rep just now.
