Redlining is illegal, Wharfie. Every realtor, every agent, every mortgage broker, every title company, every appraiser, every home inspector, every real estate lawyer, all have to sign agreements stating that they will not discriminate based on race (or gender, or religion, or sexual orientation, etc.)

Will that completely eliminate discrimination? Of course not.

Will people still act like dicks to "undesirables" moving into their neighborhoods? Of course they will.

None of that is "white privilege," though.

Take a walk down the neighborhoods of Silicon Valley, by the way. It's Indo-China here.

How did we Asians overcome this so-called "white privilege"?

The excuse, of course, is that we Asians are "white-aligned."

Everything is seen through the lenses of race in your world view.

And that, fundamentally, is the literal definition of RACISM.
