Are We at a Turning Point?

In both silver and gold the commercials increased their net short position by a small amount. Open interest increased, generally this is bullish.

For the second week in a row, the most interesting chart is the US dollar at the bottom of the page.

Check out the graphs this week as they show the build up in net short positions more clearly. They are labelled "Position: Short" under the tradingster links here and here.
