At the end of every market trading day I report the number of stocks in the Nasdaq 100 that have Point and Figure Buy Signals. While I certainly believe we have entered into a new Bull Market it's important to realize that the reason why I report these numbers is to show how overbought or oversold the market might be.

In short any time we have over 70% PnF Buy Signals the market is overbought. Any time we have less than 30% Buy Signals we are oversold. The art to using this data must be colored by an investors awareness of so many factors that it is pointless to try to list them all. I will let the chart I am sharing here speak for itself:
