Good evening JL, Thanks for the information regarding Global wave. There are a couple of points that I would like to throw out for discussion. "These milestones related to specific agreements which would guarentee the widest possible distribution and therefore the success of the wavemeter. One such major agreement was recently announced with IBM and discussions are at an advanced stage with other major technology companies. Following the agreement reached with IBM, ITG gas made a further license payment of US $750,000 and a schedule of payments for the balance of US $3.5 million has been agreed DEPENDENT upon achieving further specific milestones" 1) In the last Press Release from Wave on 1/30/98 "Remaining 3.25 million dollars in license fees expected by June 30th" Are we to conclude that the other milestones that are mentioned in the ITG announcement are either about to be realized or will be by the end of the second quarter of this year? 2) I would assume that these additional milestones are deals with major technology companies as per the wording of the ITG announcement.
