I spoke to Jonathan Lewis at Tracker on friday. He said the reason that Tracker file for chapter 11 protection was because the FTC was trying to force them to pay 7 million dollars. This was due to some telemarkers misrepresenting the company in there card registration service. The courts found Tracker not guilty of any wrong doing. However, the FTC is still pushing the issue and the case is now still on going. I urge all share holders to call Jonathan Lewis at 1-800-822-8757 and press him for updates on this matter. Ted Hart
