John & Oilman / Profco Resources & Abacan Resources

Profco was originally one of the group of companies who were to merge
and become Abacan Resources. Profco backed out of the deal. Canadian Oxy was also to buy into a joint venture deal with the new Abacan and they too backed out. Abacan went on to the point of where they are today.

Profco went their own way. In January, Profco & Cdn. Oxy agreed to joint venture Nigerian prospects. They have drilled three wells on a concession and I beleive first two wells were successful and the third was abandoned. (stock took nosedive on abandonment news) They are now moving the drilling platform to another concession. Rather than go into detail on sites, I will list references at end of this message.

My question is this. Where are these concessions in relation to concessions of Abacan? Is there possibility we are looking at another good international play comparable to that of Abacan? Would like comments from both of you if possible. Also, for those of you reviewing this reply, please comment also.
