Jeff, I agree about its fair valuation, you are not missing anything. I was just quoting it as an example of a good company which went public at 12 and now is 8.5. I am a client of Cowen and they have a buy rating on it. I like Cowen research very much for their focus on technology. It is a stock to keep an eye on.
