The ability to sue platforms for their content.
It's one thing to lie about the facts. The defamation lawsuit against FOXNews was open-and-shut.

But it's yet another thing to start misrepresenting strongly-held "woke" opinions as "fact."

In other words, imagine a future where you get sued for saying "Men can't get pregnant."

Then we'll see who exactly are the "good guys" and the "bad guys."
