Tob, you can view the final prospectus on-line at: freeedgar.com search for the name "capital automotive" as search by the symbol doesn't work. All of the financials are in the prospectus. I directly owned some CARS for about 30 seconds, before it was flipped out of my account. However, I still indirectly own a bunch of CARS through a private FBR fund, so I would welcome comments on them. Dennis
