Lets see - I've lost all my iTunes playlists on a Windows 11 PC.

I have my iTunes folder set within iTunes as a folder on a D:Drive.
I noticed there is a folder in the C;drive under Users/Username/Music called iTunes. It was full of 6GB of I don't know what. So I moved a copy of it to the D:drive, and deleted it from the C drive. I rebooted the PC, and all of my playlists were gone. I put the stored "iTunes" folder from the D drive back into C/Users/Username/Music, and rebooted hoping everything would go back to normal, but nope. No iTunes playlists.
Fortunately I have saved all my complex playlists in a separate folder using File/Library/Export Playlist. I tried to import one of these saved playlists back into iTunes by doing File/Library/Import Playlist, but no such playlist appeared.
Can anyone suggest how to either

A) retrieve all of my lost playlists in one go, or
B) Import these saved playlists successfully?

Thanks for any tips.
