While agree with the breakout the DOW on the 1 year chart it is also bumping into a congestion level from 2022.



Same call on DOW transports.



I am not saying the indices will not continue to new highs, but some profit taking probably needs to happen first.

In regards to tech there is a lot riding on MSFT, TXN and GOOGL earnings tomorrow.
