It's insane that it has gone on for 18 months and for 10 years since Nuland, Peace Prize Obama, BigGuyBiden10% and co-conspirators started it thinking they could get the coup, cancel the lease in Sevastopol to Russia, boot them out and line up Nato around the bottom of Russia.
UN will be immediately called to order.

Elections will be called in eastern Ukraine to decide whether to continue with Russia anschluss or perhaps be autonomous like the post-Yugoslavia states, Ireland, Iceland, New Zealand etc, but not even bother with Crimea. Ah, what the heck, do a referendum in Crimea too. Offer $1 trillion reconstruction fund for the broken region if people agree to play nice with Made in China Belt and Road support, such as for lithium mining, agricultural repairs and all good things.
Pandemic response prevention and management is a good idea to develop too.
Hong Kong and Taiwan will be given special economic zone self management. Singapore too in the same sort of relationship. Free trade or something along those lines. No tribute payments or military submission required.
USA/Eurostan/Made in China Belting and Roading should be easy to fix up too.
People dislike barbarity. The few who like it can be told to get a real job doing something useful.
