The idea is preposterous. Doesn't matter to me who is promoting it.
It should matter, because this is what is now being passed off as "mainstream."

Remember, it was the NYTimes that sponsored The 1619 Project. Nikole Hannah-Jones won a Pulitzer Prize for her work.

Kids these days are now being taught that The American Revolution was fought to preserve slavery, cause you know, King George was just about to abolish slavery in the British colonies.
