I don't think this bunfight is over all of Treaty Creek, just a few sections adjoining KSM. It is confusing though, because it is hard to figure out what exactly they mean by KSM -- the Kerr Sulpurets Mitchell property tSEA has been developing, or just the bits of adjoining ground used to construct the tunnels, or all of Treaty Creek.

Reading through it for the umpteenth time, I think it is extremely unlikely they are referring to all of Treaty Creek, just the bits that are used to construct the tunnels. The effect of that depends on what is on that ground.

The deepest irony is that in the end either SEA will buy Treaty Creek for themselves, or someone bigger will buy both SEA and Treaty Creek, uniting all the property, disputed or not, into one.
