The dispute concerns the sections of Treaty Creek which will eventually be converted into a statutory right of way (12.5 km).

"Once the MTT are constructed, the Licence will be converted into a statutory right of way for the entire length of the MTT, including the 12.5 km of the MTT that pass through mineral claims owned by Tudor."

I suspect Tudor realizes the Treaty Creek project will be logistically unmineable should Seabridge acquire a permanent right of way through their claims.

-----------------------------

The deepest irony is that in the end either SEA will buy Treaty Creek for themselves, or someone bigger will buy both SEA and Treaty Creek, uniting all the property, disputed or not, into one.

I agree. However, if the Treaty Creek mineral claims are unmineable on their own, then Tudor has a very poor bargaining position as the seller. Take whatever crumbs are offered or end up with nothing.
