SIMO's Q2 looks great considering the developments and accusations.

Revenues up from Q1's $124m to $140m. They're guiding Q3 to be up 15%-20%. They say buyers are coming back, and growth looks robust by the end of the year. Q2 was the bottom.

Not sure what is wrong with MXL that they aren't moving forward. SIMO has account receivable of $166m and Accounts Payable of $12m - they're going to generate cash up the wazoo going forward. They grew cash by $25m in Q2.

I think there was no conference call. Usually a call would happen the next morning, so maybe they'll have one tomorrow, I don't know.

I see nothing which helps us understand why MXL is accusing SIMO of breaching it's Agreement commitments.
