Angel: Perhaps smartins sentences end in question marks as in traditional research there are many sources of information that one can access. Absent the recent financials, verifiable information on the entities involved in the merger and size of the float, questions may be the only way to approach the matter. If everyone shared what they have learned then possibly we might be able to fill some of the pieces to the puzzle. Are you saying that you have no questions in regard to the proposed merger or the financial status of Planet Sports or Next Level? If that is the case it would be appreciated by many if you would enlighten the thread. Smartin does have a reputation for good DD as you pointed out. Maybe he is saying that he ran into a wall or a void of information. That on it's own merit is a statement. The questions are rhetorical as I am certain you recognize. Sojouner Smith posted he spoke with Steve Cayou the other day and he was not certain of the float. 70 to 80 million. It is the lack of answers that necessitate questions, rhetorical or otherwise.
