Elroy, Well, this has got you really worked up to say the least! I appreciate your thoughts and running commentary on all this as well as your initial recommendation of the company months ago. Thanks! At this point I have nothing to add except that I think the only ones who will get hosed are those retail shareholders that lost $30 / share in less than an hour two days ago. Isn't that how Wall Street works? In the meantime company execs and their attorneys are (hopefully) working out a deal to avoid costly litigation. I don't think SIMO wants to own MXL. They have been counting on a payout. I think they will accept less than the originally agreed upon price (given the changing landscape and perhaps the CCPs conditions) and call it a day but I'm not an attorney and don't have the evidence I would need to decide on the options you present anyway. I've been lucky to have been trading in and out during all this so I've made some money. And I've very much enjoyed the experience. Something I've never seen before and will likely never see again! Keep posting! Thanks again. - Bob
