WSJ on the US occupation of Syria:
US is combating the remnants of ISIS. But those US troops are operating in the east, far from the northwest enclave where suspected ISIS and al Qaeda leaders have been operating.
WSJ doesn't mention what's in the east: Syria's oil and wheat.
