Some good news, Israels General Attorney forwarded my complaint to the State of Israel Persecution and or the Court, or the Tel Aviv Police forwarded my file to Tel Aviv Criminal District Attorney.

Police informed me that I am free to travel overseas, and they did not find the passports so I should apply for new ones.
