Bob,

Saw your question, and I may have a couple answers.....please verify them for yourself so that you may know for a surety of the truth.

1 - Question - Has Echomedia actually bought the following companys A Softbank, B bellcore, C Universal Commerce. and if so, did those companies customers come with the company?

1 - Answer - No, Echomedia has not purchased any of the above companies, but Zulu-tek (the holding company) has purchased Echomedia, Universal Commerce, and yes their existing customers did come under the Zulu-tek umbrella. (Verify with Investor Relations @ Echomedia, past press releases)

2 - Question - If this Co. is making $7 million a month why can't they afford a web site that works? why do they share a receptionist? Why can't they answer questions put to them by shareholders, why do they get uptight?

2 - Answer - Good question, first this holding company is extremely young. Zulu-tek (Neil Miller/Pat Hayton) bought echomedia (Tom Burgess company) and Unviersal Commerce (Charles Rose Company) and Autotrak (Ron Meatchum Copany) and Softbank Interactive Marketing (a subsidary of Softbank Holding Company) They have done all of this within a short seven months!!!! They have gone to not producing a single red cent.....to a holding company generating approximately 7.1 million dollars a month (verified as of last December) I believe the company is a little tired of unknowledgeable shareholders calling and pestering them. I have called the company several times, spoke with Tom Burgess (Echomedia) several times, spoke with Jimmy Connel (Wall Street Equities) and have found everyone at Zulu-tek willing to work with shareholders, and provide information that they can release Overall, I believe they are "trying to get the plane off of the ground" before they "make sure every passenger has their coke and peanuts"

3 - Question - The only person I've seen who has talked to anyone of authority at Echomedia is Tokyomex and he evidently upset the CEO wiyh his questions. Why I don't know. This is not intended to flame just simple questions.

3 - Answer - Hmmm.. not sure of your question here, but I can say that I have spoke with Tom, the outside sales rep in California, Richard, and an outside sales rep in Mas. (Iforget her name, its in my e-mail at work) Anyway, they have all been helpful, and sincere people. (Now the people driving this ship called NETZ are Neil Miller, and Pat Hayton, and these individuals are untouchable.....if we can make contact with these individuals we can have a better idea on where NETZ is heading.

4 - Question - Who are the actual customers of Echomedia?

4 - Answer - Good question, Digital Alta Vista, Jumbo, Simply Tax, are the only ones that I have verified personally. They claim many more, but I am not sure that they are currently doing business with Echomedia. Although, I believe that with the sales force that Softbank Interactive Marketing has added, we will see a dramatic increase in the customer base for Echomedia. (Especially, if the technology is as good as they claim.)

5 - Question - What is the actual float for this Co.( Approx.)?

5 - Answer - Your guess is as good as mine...but IF AND ONLY IF Zulu can accomplish all that they have set out to do, I don't think that the float issue is going to matter.

Hope this helps Bob M., and if anyone can help elaborate, or offer their opinions please do.
