Larry, My contacts confirm the report on Libya. Also FWIW the NIF Government troops used chemical weapons against the SPLA and African citizens near Yei last summer in at least one instance... the attack was not reported in the world press... I repeat the NIF Military Junta is a truly evil regime, best described last December by one member of Madeleine Albright's staff when Ms. Albright was in East Africa, as a "nest of vipers".... Iraq has sent boatloads of weapons to the NIF regime ever since Red China cut off its supply of weapons about a year ago....Many of these weapons have fallen into the SPLA's hands.... Finally Iraq currently posses the ability to resurrect its nuclear weapons program and to manufacture a nuclear weapon in about 9-10 months if left undisturbed.... Sincerely, Doug F.
