As soon as any market attracts buying interest, then it becomes more volatile and has lots of down days along with those up days...

Public interest creates volatility...

When you think about it, it makes sense...

A market that no one looks at and doesn't attract any buyers has very little action...

So now, gold is getting a lot of attention, so it's much more volatile...
