I've sold the last of my units today. I believe I might reenter in Jan.

I guess the sensible thing is to question where the stock (the units) is going. I'm stuck though because I want to know where it (I) have been. It's so unusual for me with this mlp: I can't tell if I'm overall green or red with the units I've held. I won't know that until I see the K-1 next year and they tell me the adjusted cost basis and gain or loss from all the sales. And only the k-1 will tell me what the income was for my position. And it's this incomeupon which fed and several state taxes will have to be paid. Which is different from the quarterly distributions that UAN will tell me I received.

The volatilty of the units and the wide variation in quarterly distributions and all the rigamarole with UAN being a commodity mlp, make me wonder if it is worthwhile to hold units. Maybe worthwhile, definitiely uncomfortable for me though.
