That's not how it works. Some people are attracted to cross dressers, some to transexuals, some to gay men or women. Often people who are attracted to cross dressers aren't attracted to gay men or women, just cross dressers. Some people are into bondage.

Same with all humans. Some like corpulent women. Some like beulemic. Some like blonds. Some like people of their own "race" or ethnicity.

Some people like my relative have been in long time relationships before AND after getting changed. They just love each other unconditionally.

Satisfied and or happy... well its not an easy transition. I watched a friend go through it for 2 years. It was a wrenching experience. Most trans people would have preferred to be born the way they end up through surgery.
