Grand juries hear only what the prosecutor wants them to hear. They are easily led to indict who the prosecutor wants to indict.
There are standards for the way grand juries are held. The prosecutor can't make shit up and lie about the evidence of the case.

In any case, you implied that in this case, there is no PROOF.

So either the prosecutor lied about the evidence, or the grand jury consisted of nothing but morons who just nod their heads like bobblehead dolls.
