Some info to add to your research: I'm a private investor with 100,000+ shares of AGTI purchased since 1994, price range $9 to $.05. In 1994 there were 10 million shares, then 20, then 60, now 90 million due to latest Reg S financing fiasco (thanks Mr. Silzer). I have seen news releases about everything from slot machines to resort property; from manufacturing equipment in China to joint ventures with "major" western gaming industry leaders. The exciting news about potential sales in the UK has been promised since 1995. I was personally promised by Bob Silzer during an investor conference call in 1995 that 40,000 handheld units would be installed in the UK that year, along with slot parlors in China which would generate combined revenues of $50 million+ per year. To date=zero.
Seeing the renewed enthusiasm on this thread I felt the need to share my experiences with AGTI and to ask you all to insist on seeing something real from this company, like projections, financial reports, real sales and installations. Also tell them to buy back some shares while the price is right. And for those throwing around numbers like $1 or more share price in 6 months, find out how a company with no earnings will suddenly produce $9 million of profits per year.
As much as I would love to see this company produce on it's promises, the pattern here looks all too familiar - new deals, UK rollout, new players, new financing but old earnings. Mr. new CEO, please prove me wrong.
