All i know is that we've been told that the number should be around
15 MM by 6/30/97...ON April 24th the # outstanding was 11.8 MM or so...I'm assuming it will come in at 13.5 million...that leaves ~1.5 million to go over 12 months...however...i think when they report the 10K, near the front of the report it will state the number outstanding as of a certain date...probably as of 10/10 or so...from iteration we can figure out ~how many were outstanding by the end of the period...

We'll have to use a little math...but just remember that as long as the company keep growing a lot (as it grew 900+% last year in revenues) then the dilution shouldn't matter that much...

My only hope is that the dlution doesn't go much past 15 million over the next 2 years....
