Form 144 sales for w/e 2/13: 105,000 total shares registered at average price of $17 by shareholder, officer. Re. potential upcoming run, my guess is that it begins on Tuesday, plus or minus a day. Imo it does not run to new high but goes beyond 17 1/2 strike (this would fit current technicals and seasonals) paving way for Fathers Day. Re. valuations/mat/has/seasonals - as long as fundamental situation remains intact, p/es of all growing toys should move higher as year progresses towards holidays; has/tiger fits has profile - low psr yet low margins and modest roe. radaf has greater appeal to companies that are or wish to become earnings growers, eg mat and/or chip manufacturers. With former theres addition of complementary product line. With latter theres value added product. The key thing about valuations is that its the sum of the present value of future cash flows (Finance 101) all imo, Gary
