Hi Trey, I think the 4th "unannounced" contract is the GTE-ILEC. In that last article by "Wayne Carter - Meeting of ADSL minds", TI and Westell have been working with GTE for a number of years now. I think the ILEC will start with a CAP based solution and migrate towards a TI DMT DSP solution... until later.
