Wade,

HERC's chemistry is not a polyphosphate. It is a unique one of a kind patented chemistry, check it out. You are off base in thinking it is the same stuff these other companies have been selling since WWII.

As for Calgon, they have the customer base to sell to established and the sales rep's to cover it. What I think is happening is it is a one of many products for Calgon, and one they do not own at that. I personally have some extensive background is water treatment and Calgon sure does not impress me!

I have been out of town in my own business, but arrived back to find out HERC has a new CFO...a person named John Johnson I believe. Maybe he will make a difference in the cash flow?

I understand HERC is making a lot of headway in cleaning pipes on ships for the navy...It is profitable, but cash flows out faster than in until the first few checks come in, hence the current cash flow situation. I also understand (as best as my understanding is) that there are more ships being added to the existing contract in the future. For the immediate, this ship board pipe cleaning is where I see the money coming from.
