This stock seems to be flying below Wall St radar. Incredibly low volume but regular movement up. Now they float 2,000,000 new shares (up from 6,000,000?) and BANG! down 3 points. Ouch. Will it creep back up?
p.s. NEOG is gonna make it. I am heavy long on both.
