Thanks. The 0bservers hit me up on it yesterday.
I replied that it's a bit quirky that he did NOT say, we want to increase the number of people that can afford our drugs.
Reducing population would certainly reduce the number of people who cannot. People who can't afford stuff are usually the first ones to go in these kind of situations.
