Angel: What have you found? I believe the question as to the trademark being owned by ASICS is very interesting. Your attacks of every post of smartin have a purpose? Attempts to answer the questions maybe more beneficial. You may ingratiate yourself to others by attacking posters, however there is a greater need to determine the facts regarding the entities involved in the proposed merger. You refer to your own DD. Share some of what you have found with the board. I am attempting to research this subject with an open mind. You should do the same. TG
