His age shouldn't have been dismissed. Unless we want to encourage underage dumbasses to act like soldiers with military type weapons.
The law was pretty clear. Even a left-leaning judge is not above the law.

If you don't like the law, you need to take that up with the Wisconsin state legislature, not the judge.

Bottom line is that a left-leaning judge would not have affected the outcome of the case. You have not been able to prove otherwise, so all you have are your feewings.
