Your posts caught my eye and I found this on Stockhouse. I queried PHO under the forums menu and this what I found..Note the date 06Feb98 ......... V.S.E. Notice NOTICE TYPE: Private Placement-Non-Brokered NOTICE DATE: February 6, 1998 The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a Non-Brokered Private Placement announced November 3, 1997: Number of Shares: 120,000 shares Purchase Price: $0.35 per share Warrants: 120,000 non-transferable share purchase warrants to purchase 120,000 shares Warrant Exercise Price: $0.35 for a one year period $0.40 in the second year Placees: Russ Froese 60,000 Judith Forst 60,000 These securities have not yet been issued. The Company shall issue a news release if the private placement does not close promptly. ...................................
