Well you haven't convinced me.

I DO NOT buy the "well regulated militia" argument liberals make. That is the reason it says very plainly the "right of the people to keep and bear arms" otherwise it's say "the right of the militia"

militia's have no rights. Neither do corporations for that matter.

But you haven't convinced me about Kyle.

I don't care whether its a Blood or a Crip or a Nazi or a MAGA... these violent fucks IMO have never really been about defending "their community"... they're really the biggest threat to their community taking the law into their own hands being the Judge and Jury and Executioners.

Bloods, Crips, Nazis, Mafia... they all crow about "defending their communities" and its all bullshit.

If... there is a revolution its to be avoided... this isn't 1790... it might happen but it won't be liberals starting it. It will be the same lazy jerks who started our Civil War and lost and then cheated.

1) It wasn't his community.Yes it was. He regularly works there and knows the locals.

So what. I work in the richest communities in the world. They aren't "my community"... sheech. We can't have vigilantes, trying, convicting and enforcing the laws of our communities. That's madness anarchy. It is anti-democratic for a small group to decide THEY are the law, instead of voters who decide who's going to make and enforce WRITTEN laws. Doesn't matter if you think they're incompetent. YOU are not the decider of law in a democracy.

4) the second amendment was not about defending your home from civil unrest Wrong. It absolutely IS about defending your home

No. The second amendment was added because they had already had a supposedly despotic government that tried to take their weapons, and they had a war with government. It was about revolution... not crime control. Sheech.

Not civil unrest...

Read a little history for god's sake.
