It means freeing millions of Russian friendly civilians from the iron neo-nazi grip of Ukraine and US powers.
The only "iron neo-nazi grip" that has a hold on RuZZian civilians is the one created by PooTin.

And most of them accept it because, even though they don't understand why this sPeCiAl mIlItArY oPeRaTiOn has to occur, they have to trust PooTin to deal with it.

All this talk about PooTin's splendid little war with the West is 100% Bullshishka.
