Doren,
No I didn't. I would justify convicting him of manslaughter because he could have used pepper spray. Instead he used a deadly weapon.
No one is required to use pepper spray when their life is in imminent danger. It may be a more wise choice given the circumstances, but it's not a legal requirement.
Incompetent. Killing a person by accident or incompetence is manslaughter.
There was no incompetence here. Kyle did exactly what he needed to do. No more, no less. Like I said before, jOjO FAFO.
That's vigilantism. Kyle is not a cop or judge to make that determination. He doesn't have that authority. You can't just shoot a person because they have a record.
Like I keep telling you, jOjO wasn't shot because of his criminal record. He was shot because he attacked Kyle. Don't tell me that jOjO felt that his life was in imminent danger, because clearly he instigated the conflict. He was in the wrong at that moment.

I bring up his criminal record because jOjO's violent behavior, upon hindsight, fit a pattern.
Kyle is an assssss hole self appointed vigilante who went looking for trouble. Other families paid for his stupidity.
All three "victims" were CAUSING trouble. All three "victims" paid for their OWN stupidity.

Kyle's actions were self-defense. If he shouldn't have been there in the first place, neither should any of his "victims."

Why don't you tell me why jOjO charged at Kyle in the first place? Was it to give him a hug and a copy of the Four Spiritual Laws?
