dave, take it from me, they have 25.3 mm shs f/d. the original reference to 2.8mm shs was the amount they sold or offered to the public when they were a new issue on the ase. the references to the 3,047,868 shs are in error. the 3mm + shs could refer to the stock that is in public hands. i really am at a loss to explain it , other than to say it is incorrect. vargas
