Thanks. Its up to the State medical boards to pull the licence to practice of those grifters. Advertising use of an FDA-approved drug or device for a purpose for which it is not approved is off-label marketing. Off-label use by a physician or other prescriber is legal, 3 but off-label marketing of drugs or devices is not.
