Reasons why I wouldn't invest in VLNC (no guarantee of course that the stock won't go up)

- Development stage company, break-even uncertain
- These battery things often go out of business,
- Due to competition, mainly
- Latest earnings report not exactly impressive, simply a lower loss
- Cash burn rate high, need for financing soon at this rate

However,

It could be promising with an alliance with GM, and cellphone applications.

I mean, look at what happened with Ballard. On the other hand, maybe Ballard will get all the business.

As you can see, I don't understand the battery business. If you do, maybe you can explain it to me.

All I know is I've seen a lot of these battery gizmo guys sink into obscurity.
